Everwoven LLC ("Everwoven," "we," "us," or "our") is a California-based company that develops and publishes a suite of mobile applications (the "Apps"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is (and is not) collected when you use our Apps, how that information is used, and your rights regarding your information. We comply with applicable privacy laws, including the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

No Personal Data Collected by Everwoven: Everwoven does not collect any personal information from you directly through our Apps. We do not require account registration, and we will not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information for you to use the Apps. In other words, you can enjoy our Apps without providing personal data to Everwoven.

Third-Party Advertising and Data Collection

Our mobile Apps use Google AdMob, an advertising platform provided by Google LLC, to display banner ads and interstitial ads. While Everwoven itself does not collect personal data, AdMob may collect information from your device as a third party in order to serve you relevant advertisements. This means that when you use our Apps, some data is automatically collected by Google and its advertising partners through the AdMob SDK. The types of data AdMob may collect include:

• Device Information: Details about your device, such as device type and model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (for example, the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our App, such as the features you use, how often you use the App, and session activity.
• Ad Interaction Data: Information about your interactions with advertisements in the App (for example, which ads were displayed to you, whether you clicked on an ad, or other engagement with advertising content).
• Location Information: An approximate location may be inferred from your IP address or device settings (e.g., city or region). This helps to provide region-appropriate ads. (Our Apps do not collect precise GPS location data, but AdMob may use general location for ad targeting purposes.)

This information is collected directly by the AdMob platform and used by Google and its partners for purposes such as personalizing ads, measuring ad effectiveness, providing aggregated analytics, and detecting fraud or abuse. Everwoven does not directly access or store this data, and it is handled according to Google's privacy policies. No cookies are stored by Everwoven; however, AdMob or its partners may use cookies or similar tracking technologies within the ads to facilitate and measure advertising.
